Hey Gal, we hope you’re in love with your new items from Katch Me! BUT if something ain’t quite right

1. Please contact our Customer Service via email(sales@katchme.co.uk), indicating the item(s) you would like to return and the reason.

2. After receiving return instructions from us, please following the instructions below for a refund according to your situation. 

3. Drop off your package at the local post office. You must obtain proof of postage just in case your order is lost on its way back to Katch Me.

4. We will now take it from here. Once we receive your return, it can take up to 10 working days for us to process your refund. Once back in our warehouse, your returned items will be inspected, processed, and refunded ASAP! Your refund will be minus the original delivery charge and return label fees. If your return is rejected, we will contact you by email to resolve the issue.

Please note:
(1) Lucky Dip items, accessories, swimwear, lingerie and beauty items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

(2)ANY TWO FOR £16.99 and ANY FIVE ITEMS FOR£26

,Only 50% of the product value of the order can be refunded if the product is not damaged, lost, stained, etc.
Under£9.99 for clearance sales, we do not offer refunds in this case if the product is not damaged, lost, stained, etc.

(3)The logistics provider returned the message that the delivery failed due to refuse to sign or customer returned the package to the local logistics. 

Package are not redelivered over time may be destroyed locally. Please pay the freight for redelivery promptly.Thanks.

Return Period

If there is any fault with your item, please notify us within 14 days of receiving the item so we can investigate this.

If you fail to notify us regarding a faulty product within 14 days of receiving the item, You will not be eligible for a refund.

If you change your mind, you can return unwanted items to us within 14 days.

But if the time is within 30 days, we can refund you the equivalent coupon and bind it to your Katchme account.

The return period starts from the day you receive all items in your order. All returns are subject to the conditions below.

If you still want to return, please pack the items that need to be returned, write your order number and the name of returned item(s) on a piece of paper, leave the paper in the return package, and send the package back to the following address.
